The Seacoast Parkinson Community Project is all about connection and collaboration, so we're excited to learn about a new series of classes jointly developed by the YMCA and Exeter Hospital.

The partnership takes advantage of the expertise of three neuroPTs based at the hospital and the first-rate facilities and high-energy atmosphere at the YMCA.The six week program incorporates a range of classes including kickboxing, Fierce Warrior Moves, and PWR!Moves. (For more information, visit the YMCA program guide.)

In this video, Dan Tobin, founder of the SPCP, sat down for a conversation with the creators of the program, Sue Janetos, the wellness director at the Y, and Jen Roelofs, a neuroPT at the hospital and facilitator of the hospital's monthly support group. Take a look!
