Two women. One shared journey. One powerful reminder of what’s possible with Parkinsons.

In this video, Danylle Hayden, an accomplished cyclist living with Young Onset Parkinson’s disease, and Wilhelmina Bradley, a yoga instructor with a passion for helping others, share how an unexpected conversation at the gym led to a life-changing bike trip to Portugal. What began as a support role quickly became a meaningful partnership rooted in encouragement, movement, and community.

Through cycling, mindfulness, and mutual support, Danylle and Wilhelmina discovered firsthand how exercise can improve both physical symptoms and overall well-being for people living with Parkinsons. Their story highlights the importance of staying active, staying positive, and connecting with others who understand the journey.

From Portugal to Danylle’s upcoming ride from Los Angeles to Phoenix for the World Parkinson Congress, this story shows how resilience, friendship, and movement can help people focus on what is possible.

Whether you are living with Parkinsons, supporting someone who is, or simply looking for inspiration, this story is a reminder that community and connection can make all the difference.
