Connect With Our Community

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Seacoast Parkinson Community Project connects people living with Parkinsons, care partners, healthcare providers, and local organizations with programs, resources, events, and opportunities across the Seacoast of New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northeastern Massachusetts.

There are many ways to be part of the Seacoast Parkinson Community Project — from simply staying connected to getting involved or supporting the work.
